This van can seat 5 adults plus up to 4 wheelchair users.

* Please note that this van is 2.8m tall and therefore care needs to be taken regarding height limits in some car parks etc

For monthly rentals, we will require access to the car in order to carry out safety checks and maintenance activities.  If the car needs to be serviced, we will come and provide a replacement WAV during that time.

• If you would like to rent a vehicle for over a month, you will be charged each extra day on the reduced monthly fee using the following formula:  Monthly rate x 12 ÷ 365 for each extra day.

• For extended periods of time, please contact us for pricing.

• All payments must be paid via Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

Deposit

We will require a 3,000AED deposit in case of any fines that you may accrue during your rental contract period.  This amount, (minus any possible fines and toll or parking charges incurred), will be refunded to the same account within 21 to 30 days after the rental completion.

 

Vehicle Delivery & Return

The vehicle is to be delivered and returned to the parking lot in Galleria Mall in Al Barsha.

If you require the vehicle to be delivered or returned elsewhere, there will be a minimum fee based on the location.

Last minute bookings:

* There will be a surchage of 20% of the total rental cost, for any rental that starts within 48 to 72 hours of completing payment.

* There will be a surchage of 30% of the total rental cost, for any rental that starts 24 to 48 hours of completing payment.

* There will be a surchage of 50% of the total rental cost, for any rental that starts less than 24 hours of completing payment.
